4. Orders, Pricing & Payment 訂單、價格及付款
● Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars, unless stated otherwise.
● We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
● An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation (e.g. by email or messaging).
● If a product is unavailable, mispriced, or incorrectly described, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where payment has been made.
You are responsible for checking all order details before confirming your purchase.

你有責任在確認付款前, 仔細核對訂單上的所有資料是否正確.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including ingredients and storage information. However, as our products are handmade, actual appearance (color, shape, size) may vary slightly from photos.
Allergen and ingredient information is provided to the best of our knowledge, but cross-contamination may occur in a shared kitchen environment.
If you have allergies or special dietary requirements, it is your responsibility to review the information and contact us before ordering.
本店會盡力提供準確的產品描述, 包括成分及儲存建議. 然而, 由於產品為人手製作, 實際外觀(如顏色、形狀及大小)可能與照片略有差異.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery within the indicated time frames, but these are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
● Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier or collected by you.
● You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and for collecting parcels from lockers/pick-up points as required.

本店會在合理範圍內, 按照標示或與你約定的時間安排發貨; 惟相關時間僅作參考, 實際送達時間可能受快遞公司安排、天氣或其他本店無法控制的因素影響
● 當貨品交付予快遞公司、指定自取點, 或由你親自領取後, 有關貨品的滅失或損毀風險即轉移至你
● 你有責任提供完整及正確的送貨地址, 並按需要於指定時間內到智能櫃或自取點領取包裹

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed, except as required by law.
If there is an issue with your order (for example, damaged items or incorrect products received), please contact us on the same day of receipt with your order details and photos. We will review the case and may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, offer a replacement, store credit, or other suitable solution.

鑑於本店產品屬保鮮期較短的食品, 訂單一經確認, 除法律另有規定外, 一般恕不接受退貨
